Samsung's Odyssey Neo G7 gaming monitor is now available in the USA. In January, the company confirmed that it plans to bring the monitor to select markets before the end of the first quarter, and it is finally hitting the shelves in the United States.

The 43-inch Quantum Mini LED monitor has a 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution and offers HDR10+ certification (HDR600). The panel is flat and has a matte finish to reduce glare and light reflections. It's equipped with two 20W loudspeakers and has two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 connector, two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.

The Odyssey Neo G7 monitor supports a 144Hz refresh rate and has a 1ms response time, which makes it a great choice for PC and console gamers. The monitor also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, which reduces input latency and screen tearing. And on the software side, it includes Flex Move Screen, Game Bar, Samsung Smart Hub, and the Gaming Hub.

Even though it is made for PC and console gamers, the Odyssey Neo G7 enables gaming without additional devices. Gaming Hub allows users to play games from the cloud via Nvidia GeForce Now, Xbox, and other services, and all they need is a Wi-Fi connection and a game controller.

In addition to being a great monitor for gaming, the Odyssey Neo G7 also provides a solid TV experience through built-in apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube (via the Samsung Smart Hub).

Samsung is now offering the 43-inch Odyssey Neo G7 monitor in the USA for $999.
