Samsung becomes technology partner of Unrivaled basketball league

Samsung never leaves any chance of promoting its devices through various marketing tactics. In a recent move, the company has partnered with Unrivaled, a women's professional basketball league in the USA.

Samsung devices will be used by Unrivaled's players and coaching staff

Samsung and Unrivaled have announced they have partnered with each other. Samsung Galaxy will be Unrivaled's official presenting and technology partner. Samsung Galaxy devices will revolutionize fans' pre-game, in-game, and post-game experiences

There will be over 600 hours of social-first content. It will include first-of-its-kind footage captured using Galaxy phones. Samsung will showcase each player's unique style and passion and bring them to basketball fans. The Galaxy Ring and Galaxy Watches will help players track and improve their fitness and training.

Unrivaled Basketball League Court Miami 2025

The coaching staff will use Galaxy Tab devices to keep an eye on players' real-time data. It will help them guide players in bringing out their potential during games.

The company's mobile devices, including Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series phones, Galaxy Tab devices, Galaxy Ring, and Galaxy Watches, will appear during the games. You can also see Samsung's monitors during games.

The Unrivaled event will start on January 17, 2024. The first game will be held in a state-of-the-art facility in Miami, Florida, USA. The first season will run through March, and the live game coverage can be viewed on TNT and truTV. All the games from the tournament can be streamed on Max.

The season will last eight weeks, and 36 players will participate. They will play in a 3-on-3 style across six basketball clubs.

Samsung will partner with more athletes to support them and connect with more people passionate about sports

This is a first-of-its-kind promotional activity for Samsung. It said people can expect to see it partner with more athletes in the coming weeks.
